Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
Message on the website or send the email with the subject "order number + return/exchange" to start the process.
Follow the provided instructions to complete the return/exchange request.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please indicate your preference during the return process. We will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure they reach us safely.
