  • Can I receive a refund if I'm not satisfied with the product?
    Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: Message on the website or send the email with the subject "order number + return/exchange" to start the process. Follow the provided instructions to complete the return/exchange request. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please indicate your preference during the return process. We will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned item.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
